Purpose of organisational behaviour study
Applying such knowledge toward improving an organisation’s effectiveness in mining mistakes and ensuring lasting improvements and understanding the impact.
Systematic study
Looking at relationships, attempting to attribute causes and effects, and drawing conclusions based on scientific evidence to improve the accuracy of production in rigorous manner.
Evidence based management
Complements systematic study as it bases managerial decisions on the best available scientific evidence.

New tool available to managers to help analyse the large amounts of available data and to think like humans with high speed.
