Q

What are the advantages of using a methodology?

A

A methodology is already built on best-practices, which eliminates the need to figure things out. They also provide a common language for project workers to use, provide understood roles for stakeholders, and more.

Q

Describe the “Define Project Goal” phase of the project life cycle.

A

The project goal phase begins when someone comes up with an idea for a project, and a project goal is defined from that. The goal should allow us to determine easily when it’s been met (i.e. should have some measure of success.)
