Which body systems are hurt by poor eating habits a person might have?
All body systems are hurt by poor nutrition: however, the circulatory, cardiovascular, digestive and excretory systems are more directly affected.
How does a poor diet hurt the cardiovascular, digestive, circulatory or excretory system?
Poor diet causes hardening of the arteries, lowers the ability to fight off diseases, the heart must work harder than normal, the digestive system slows down and the excretory system becomes less effective
