To think that you really don’t need anyone in your life to help you through the struggles. Feeling like you should be able to handle all your problems on your own.
What can you learn from what Adam and Eve did after they sinned?
God does not want you to hide from Him. He is waiting for you to come to Him, and share your struggles. He also will seek you our at times because He cares for you so much.
What did Adam and Eve do after they had eaten the forbidden fruit?
They hid from God.
Explain the meaning of the two Trees in the garden and how it relates to your own choices.
The two trees represent the struggle between choosing God’s truth–the tree of life, or choosing isolation, independence, and poor choices–the tree of death.
Explain why it is important to share your struggles with those adults whom you trust.
God uses other people to help direct you and give you guidance and wisdom in your decisions. It will help you feel like you are not alone in your struggles if you talk to someone about them. Also, it gives you strength to overcome.

Explain what is meant by the phrase “Total Health”
Total Health refers to all of those things that make up the whole person functioning well: physical, mental, social and spiritual
