views itself as socially unskilled or inadequate

Phobia
Persistent unreasonable fear of specific object, activity, or situation
Panic disorder
Pannick attacks- periods of sudden bouts of panic
Panic disorder- an anxiety disorder characterized by recurrent and unpredictable panic attacks with no clear reason why
OCD
Obsessions- persistent thoughts, ideas or impulses that invade consciousness
Compulsions- Irrational repetitive, and rigid behaviors or acts that people feel compelled to perform to reduce anxiety
OCD- a mental disorder associated with repeated, abnormal, anxiety-provoking thoughts/repeating behaviours
