virtual organization
a small core organization that outsources major business functions.
What are the organizational models?
Bureaucratic, entrepreneurial, the blend.
mechanistic model
Also called bureaucratic, it is characterized by substantial structure and high levels of control.
organic model
Also called entrepreneurial, is characterized by high creativity and low structure.
blend
Combination of organic and mechanistic models.
