A

-COGNITIVE: requires much thinking, relies on extensive instruction, poor performance and low consistency
-ASSOCIATIVE: connecting cause and effect to make their own corrections, less errors and more consistent
-AUTONOMOUS: automatic skill, instinctive, expert, high proficiency

What is the difference between intrinsic feedback and extrinsic feedback?

A

Intrinsic is felt in the movement, whereas extrinsic is feedback given by an outside source, like a coach
