Input of “Control Communications”
1) Project Management Plan = is very important in any control process as it allows you to compare actuals vs planned
2) Project Communications = Actual communications to be compared to communications management plan; How do various reports hold up against planned? Are they giving you the intended results?
3) Issue log = Used to communicate issue; Helps you assess cause of issues, impact to the project and make corrective actions.
4) Work performance data - help measure efficiency and effectiveness of communication (e.g data in root cause analysis if poor communication is cause of problem)
5) OPA = ensure communications are meeting organizational expectations (reporting format, security policy)
