Internet Surveys
Two basic purposes are to clarify and develop additional information.
Probing
An answer that tells something specific is much more valuable than getting several answers that are vague.
The objective is to see why the respondent gave a particular answer to one of the questions.
Clarify
Two Factors that can affect the efficiency f work performance:
Speed and Quality
Generally consist of noncoverage and over coverage errors.
Noncoverage errors occur when some elements of the original population are not included in the sample.
Sampling Frame Error
Occurs when some of the elements of the population selected to be part of the sample do not respond.
Nonresponse Error
Consists of interviewer errors, measurement errors, and processing errors.

- Improve the sample frame
- Establish clear instructions
- Specify callback requirements
