Fitness, stamina and energy increase due to heart muscle increase
Improved strength and endurance:
Increased strength and endurance decreases risk of injury and maintaining muscular strength as you age is important for bodily movement
Resistance to Fatigue:
Regular PA leads to increased energy levels giving someone the ability to get through a day while avoiding feeling lethargic.
Improved flexibility:
The ability to perform a wide range of movements with injury or joint pain.

Type 2 Diabetes
When the human body cannot produce enough insulin.
Symptoms include: thirst, frequent urination, hunger, fatigue and blurred vision.
Type 2 diabetes is often developed in people who are overweight who have bad control over their sugar intakes and exercise habits

Obesity
When a person has excessive body fat due to the amount of calories they take in compared to that of which they burn through exercise and dieting.
Obesity can lead to a higher risk in developing other life threatening diseases due to carrying excess fat.
Symptoms include: Heavy sweating, excessive tiredness, joint pain(due to carrying around excessive weight) and inability to perform day to day tasks with ease.

Heart Disease
Heart conditions and diseases are when a person’s heart is affected by age or diseased tissue around it, causing it to fail or damage.
Heart conditions and diseases are caused by any sort of altercation to the blood pressure or normality of blood going to and from the heart like clots. This can be high cholesterol, pressure or smoking.
Symptoms of heart diseases include: Chest pain, nausea, fatigue, vomiting and neck pain
mainly adults aged 65 and over are more likely to develop heart conditions compared to children.
Lifestyle diseases
Stroke
A stroke is damage to the brain that is caused by a decrease of blood supply or alteration of blood flow to the brain.
Symptoms of stroke include: trouble walking, speaking and understanding, as well as paralysis or numbness of the face, arm or leg
PA guidelines
13 - 17 years old
///Physical activity recommendations:
- For health benefits people in this age group should be performing at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day but to achieve additional benefits young people should engage in more activity - several hours a day
- On at least 3 days a week, young people should be doing activities that strengthen their muscles and bones
///Sedentary recommendations:
- Limit uses of electronic devices and media to no more than 2 hours a day.
- Break up long periods of sitting as often as possible
PA guidelines
18 - 64 years old
///Physical activity recommendations:
- Doing any activity is better than none so build up gradually as time goes on.
- Be active for preferably every day of the week and accumulate at least 2 and half to 5 hours of moderate activity and and roughly 2 and half hours of vigorous activity per week
- Do muscles strengthening at least 2 days per week
///Sedentary recommendations:
- Minimise the amount of time spent sitting and break up these long periods as often as possible
