16
Q

part vs whole

A

part practise is used for more cognitive learners, it’s breaking down a skill into parts to make easier for beginners. whereas whole practise is for more associative individuals who just need practice on the whole skills not in parts.

17
Q

distributed vs massed

A

distributed is ow many sessions you cam have, usually related to having rest in between each session or block. whereas massed is longer training sessions which have less rest periods.

18
Q

blocked vs random

A

blocked is working on the same skill continuously before moving to the next. whereas massed is completing different skills in random environments and usually changing environments.

19
Q

feedback

A

intrinsic
external

20
Q

intrinsic

A

information recieved via the senses, so seeings whats happening, hearing or by feeling tendons or joints

21
Q

external

A

getting feedback as the performance is happening or at the end, and usually from coaches or team mates
