What can be done about the challenges facing the workplace in the next decade?
Managers and employees will need to stay adaptable and build their businesses to be proactive rather than reactive
Need to invest in people to watch over the business environment and keep an eye on what is happening to stay relevant and competitive
Adapt their practises based on observations
