what is kinesiology
the study of the art and science of movement
what is human movement?
the change of position of the individual in time/space by the use of energy

aquatics,running, team, winter sports. etc.

strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility, agility

core ideas and concepts that direct/influence a plan of action
what are the methods in career applications?
capacity building/resoration, program management/admin, performance enhancement, teaching, research

what is a holistic approach?
considers the whole to be a sum of its parts
