involves ensuring that the actions of organizational member are consistent with the organizations values and standards.
Effectiveness
means choosing the right overarching organizational goals to pursue and draws attention to the fact that managers have moral obligations
Efficiency
refers to increasing the level of output that is achieved with the given level of inputs.
Outputs
are the goods, services, and other resources, that an organization puts into the environment.
Inputs
are human, material, and information resources that an organization takes in from the environment.
Mainstream management
is characterized by its primary emphasis on materialist-individualist well-being.
Multistream management
is characterized by its emphasis on multiples of forms of well-being for multiple stakeholders.
Stakeholder
is any group or person within or outside an organization who is directly affected by the organization and has a stake in its performance.

Relationship skills
are used ti deepen connections between people and to participate in collaborative creative efforts (Multistream Leading)
Self-Control (Temperance)
is a virtue that helps individuals overcome impulsive actions, selfishness.
Value Chain
refers to the sequence of activities needed to convert an organizations outputs into inputs. (Mainstream, Control)
Information Systems
identify, collect, organize and disseminate information.
Bureaucratic Control
controls behaviour of organizational members by use of rules, regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures

Market Control
competition is used to control the behaviour of an organizational members. (mainstream)
Clan Control
shared values, norms, and expectations are used to control the behaviour of organizational members. (Mainstream Control)
Justice
is a virtue that justifies organizations, hold them together, and ensures everyone connected with an org. is treated fairly.
