Situational Leadership II

Directing
involves instructing a follower on how to do a task or job; it is a Situational L. II style
Coaching
involves providing training and specific feedback for a task or job: SL II style
Supporting
involves expressing confidence in the follower’s abilities and sharing in decision-making authority; it is a SL II style
Delegating
involves assigning tasks and responsibilities; it is a SL II style
Servant Leadership
is an active approach to leadership that promotes the interests of others over the leader’s own interests.
Spirituality
is a state or quality of a heightened sensitivity to one’s human or transcendent spirit.
