Q
  1. Katniss says she will never have children, do you consider this is an effective form of
    rebellion? Explain why
A

5.Yes, because if you don’t have children then when it comes time for the Reaping you don’t have any kids to give and put in votes for which is effective so that there are less children in the districts, the point of the hunger games is taking kids to fight but if you don’t have children it save you from the hurt and disappointment which is rebellion against the Capitol
