  • its composed of self assessments findings that develops and changes over time w experiences that influence us
  • its not restricted to the present
  • it refers to all sides of a person

A

its the belief in ones abilities and self , which describes what we think about our self
a self confident person is ready to go and take on new adventures and the belief that we are able to meet challenges and succeed.
it requires a realistic sense of one’s capabilities and feeling secure in that knowledge.
its a loved trait and it helps gain credibility
