widened to cope with the increasing amount of shoppers and pedestrians in the area/as a result of the coronavirus outbreak to give more space to pedestrians

Trams have been built from Edinburgh airport to new haven

To Improve air quality of Edinburgh’s CBD and to also provide public transport options for commuters

The old House of Fraser building has been converted into a unique whisky distillery experience ‘Johnny Walker Group’, which has 7 floors of tasting, eating and education on whisky

This is because it is a prime area to attract tourists who are in the CBD and want to have a Scottish whisky experience. Due to its ever changing experiences and rooftop bar, this also attracts locals/workers in the area
