A

Iti s forbidden to use Zhu Sha nowadays due to the content of mercury! Can replace with Long Gu, Mu Li, Hu Po, Zhen Zhu Mu.

May choose to use this first in a condition of Heart Fire however you can only use it for a short time because of toxicity. You can use Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan for chronic cases.
