- Chemicals in food can produce stress such as caffeine in coffee, tea, sodas & chocolate
- Too much or too little sugar can also create stress
- Ensuring children maintain a healthy diet can lessen stress

- Release for excess energy
2. Can be great stress releaser if feel refreshed & relaxed afterwards

- Free mind of negative thoughts & feelings
2. Focusing on inner self slows down heartrate & lowers blood pressure
