Cold water and cold river mud fomentation on forehead, head and occiput:
1. Wash head and face with cold water or put water soaked towel on head, root of nosefontanell, forehead eyes and occiput - 5 mins
2. Dark mud from lake on forehead until bleeding stops
3. Fresh Artemesia Vulgaris leaves or Artemesia V. Mugwort in nose until bleeding stops

Fomentation of ACONITUM TANGUTICUM (Maxim) or SKIMIA MULTINERVIA mixed with cold water
