Six Steps of the Laser Printing Process
- Cleaning - Rubber blade removes excess toner from the drum.
- Conditioning - aka Charging - Drum gets charged
- Writing -aka exposing - laser “writes” to drum
- Developing - Negatively charged toner is applied to positive charged laser “write”
- Transferring - Toner transferrred to paper.
- Fusing - Toner is fused to the paper.
