Planning: setting performance objectives
Organizing: assigning tasks, allocating resources
Leading: inspiring people to work and fulfill plans

The ability to manage ourselves and our relationships effectively.

Motivation: working hard and persevering
Empathy: understanding emotions of others
Social skills: gaining rapport and building new relationships
