Communication media depends on 4 things:
interactivity (availability of feedback), ability to transmit multiple cues, language variety for conveying broad set of concepts and ideas, and personal focus
organizational communication
exchange of information among 2 or more indiv or groups in an org that creates a common basis of understanding & feelings
