5 types of NOTAMs

A

NOTAM (D) distant - transmitted with hourly weather reports
FDC NOTAM - issued by national flight data center, info such as temporary flight restrictions or amendments to instrument approach procedures
Pointer NOTAM - highlight/point out another NOTAM
SAA (special activity airspace) NOTAM - issued when special activity airspace will be active outside of their regularly published schedule
Military NOTAM - armed forces part of the NAS
