pathogens that cross the bodys first line of defense, injured area swells& turns red
how to help maintain health?
balanced diet, reducing stress, exercise , update vaccinations
what to do when your sick?
stay home, rest, follow doctors directions
How to help prevent the spread of disease?
wash hands, being vaccinated, not sharing personal items
when should you seek medical care?
difficulty breathing, severe pain, temp is 101 degrees F for 2 or more days, cut doesn’t properly heal, mucus is thick and yellowish green
