Baptism of blood

Baptism
The first of the seven sacraments, and the door which gives access to other sacraments; first and chief sacrament of forgiveness of sins because it unites with Christ. A believer received permission of both personal and original Sin.

For those who believe in a supreme being in strive to serve as this is their able, who died before their Baptism, there was a desire to receive it, together with repentance for their sins, and charity, assures them the salvation that they were not able to receive through the sacrament.
