stages of a team
- forming- orientation stage. Ground rules are set up. Must feel welcomed and included and also come to a group agreement
- storming- members will have different opinions about team goals, assigned tasks and responsibilities
- norming- finally understand roles and establish closer relationships intensifying the cohesion and interdependence of members
- performing- work gets done
- adjourning- reached goal so mourning that its done
- reforming- group staying together and doing other tasks
