Certificates. Can be knowledge-based (relatively narrow scope like CEUs), curriculum-based (after person passes an assessment like ACE), certificate of completion/participation (no knowledge assessed)

Licensure
Either the professional designation defined by a governmental entity in professional regulations, or a listing/registry of practitioners
