Tratamento:

A

Repouso c/ mmii elev., compressas frias e *Penicilina procaina 400.000-600.000U IM 12/12h —> Penicilina cristalina 3.000.000U EV 4/4h —> Oxacilina 100-150mg/kg/dia EV 4/4h

*Amoxicilina+Clavulanato ou Ampicilina
