Oral flucloxacillin - beta lactam - inhibits cell wall synthesis
doxycycline if penicillin allergy
Severe - IV co.amoxiclav
Painkillers
Monitor temp
Rest + fluids

- Streptokinase - breaks down blood clots
- M protein - disrupts respiratory burst
