What happens during primary neurulation?
→Shaping of the neural plate occurs by convergence/extension
→Tubing requires bending at hinge points
→Cell wedging at hinge points: microtubules & actin filaments

→Planar Cell Polarity pathway
What does the lengthening process require?
→cells to become polarised
