What are the RESTART Limitations for a CCP Pump?
CCP Pump start limitations are as follows:
• Two starts in succession from ambient temperature. A one hour wait is required before additional start attempts.
• One start at rated temperature (obtained after 30 minute run). A one hour wait is required before additional start attempts.
What are the CCP Pump power supplies?
Pump - SWG 1A - 12 1B - 14 1C - 15 3A - 13 3B - 14 3C - 15 2A - MCC11 2B - MCC12
What actions are taken on a loss of CCP per SOP-13?
- Scram the Reactor
- Trip the Recirc Pumps
- Trip WCS Pumps
What are the fail positions of the Temperature Control Valve and the Makeup Water Valve for CCP?
TCV - Max Cooling
M/U - Fails Open
What is the CCP flow limit for the WCS NRHX and why? How is this achieved?
1450 gpm limit to prevent cavitation in the HX, this is done by CCP-FV126 controlling bypass flow to maintain 1430 gpm through the HX.
What are indications of a WCS NRHX tube leak?
- Rising Expansion Tank Level
- Raising NRHX Outlet Temp
- RE131, WCS Outlet Rad Monitor in alarm
What are the loads on the CCP System?
- WCS NRHX
- RHR Seal Coolers
- Equip Drain Cooler
- Sample Coolers
- WCS Seals
- RDS Pumps
- Drywell Unit Coolers
- RCS Pump Motors and Seals
- CCP Mini Loop/IAS Compressors
