- THE CRUCIFIX = This is one of the most popular ways that Jesus is shown. There is a crucifix in a Church and in Catholic schools to help Catholics to remember the death and resurrection of Jesus.
- MARY = Statues of Mary the mother of Jesus are common in Catholic churches and schools. They remind Christians of the special relationship Mary and Jesus have.

How does this change a Catholic’s life?

-Catholic Christians will use the artwork to help them to focus during prayer time and worship, in the hope that Mary intercedes their prayers, sending them on to God and Jesus.
- Statues of Mary are reminders that God chose a faithful and mild person to be the mother of God, this will act as a reminder of how Catholics should strive to behave.
