tongue: pale, puffy tongue with slippery white coating

SP-KD yang deficiency
insomnia, dream-disturbed sleep, easy to wake up with fear for 1 year, uneasiness, susceptible to fright and fear, hyperarousal, palpitations, shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness, blurred vision, dry mouth
tongue: pale or red
pulse: wiry-thready or wiry-weak
HT qi deficiency with GB timidity (could be combined with blood deficiency)
palpitations, shortness of breath, insomnia, dreaming, over-worrying, over-thinking for 3 years, fatigue, no energy, dizziness, forgetfulness, pale face without lustre, pale lips, poor appetite, abdominal bloating, loose stool

pulse: deep, thready, intermittent, knotted
LU-KD qi deficiency
no erection, or not hard enough after erection for 2 years, lustreless complexion, palpitations, dream-disturbed sleep, lassitude, poor appetite, abdominal distention, loose stools
tongue: pale tongue, thin-greasy coating

clear, sticky, or white nasal discharge, no smell, medium amount, severe or mild nasal obstruction, loss of sense of smell, getting worse after wind for 8 years, headache, heavy head, dizziness, spontaneous sweating, aversion to wind, shortness of breath, fatigue, low voice, cough, dilute phlegm
tongue: pale, white-greasy coating
pulse: soggy, weak

palpitations, chest oppression for 6 years, together with wheezing, white diluted phlegm for 4 years, blue-purplish nails, lips, and tongue, symptoms get worse after physical movement, fatigue, low voice, dizziness, chest oppression, pale face, spontaneous sweating
tongue: pale
pulse: weak, intermittent, knotted
HT-LU qi deficiency
HT problem affecting LU
dyspnea with cough, inability to lie down, dilute and white sputum, palpitation, edema of face and eyes, scanty urine, cold limbs and body, dull face, purplish lips and nails
tongue: pale-puffy, or dull-puffy tongue, purplish spots, bluish-dark purple sublingual veins, white-slippery coating
pulse: deep-thready or choppy
HT-LU-KD yang deficiency
also water intimidating heart and lung
fast breathing, shortness of breath, worse after physical exertion, cough with low voice, palpitations, profuse phlegm for 1 year, together with poor appetite, fear of cold, cold limbs, lower abdominal pain or numbness, palpitations below the navel, foot edema, difficult urination, or vomiting of saliva, dizziness, blurred vision
tongue: enlarged, pale tongue, white moist or greasy coating
pulse: deep, thready, slippery
SP-KD yang deficiency with fluid retention
chest pain and stuffiness, shortness of breath getting worse when it’s cold for 1 year, palpitations, spontaneous sweating, knee and lower back soreness, fatigue, stomach cold, cold limbs, pale nails and lips, or purple lips, pain radiating to back, dyspnea, inability to lie down, facial and foot edema
tongue: pale or dark purple, white coating
pulse: deep-thready or knotted, intermittent
