You mention the Torts Interference with goods notice, can you tell me about this.

A

This deal with goods left at a property after forfeiture.

Notice that the landlord will dispose of the goods after a specified period (usually 14–21 days)

A statement that disposal may include selling, scrapping, or destroying the items

This gives the tenant an opportunity to collect their belongings before disposal
