- If unit conversion required, conversion rate to be stated

You say that the tenant was contracted out of the 1954 act, what is the process for this?
- Landlord serves formal written notice during the negotiations stating that the tenant does not have security of tenure
- The form and wording for this are prescribed under the regulatory reform order 2003
- Tenant will then provide a declaration

You mention the Torts Interference with goods notice, can you tell me about this.
This deal with goods left at a property after forfeiture.
Notice that the landlord will dispose of the goods after a specified period (usually 14–21 days)
A statement that disposal may include selling, scrapping, or destroying the items
This gives the tenant an opportunity to collect their belongings before disposal
How would you forfeit a lease?
Check the forfeiture clause within the lease
Notify the tenant, stating the breach
Peacefully renter and take control of the premises after hours, with bailiffs
