A
A rod was sent into his left cheek piercing his frontal lobe and out through his skull.
Lost 11% of his frontal lobe and 4% of cerebral cortex.
His personality changed dramatically from hardworking and pleasant to aggressive and an alcoholic.

Got his hippocampus removed. It alleviated his seizures however it meant that he could not create any new memories but he could learn procedural skills (riding a bike, but not learning maths)
