Flexor retinaculum (attached to pisiform and hook of hamate, scaphoid tubercle and trapezium) and the carpal bones.

4 tendons of flexor digitorum superficialis, 4 tendons of flexor digitorum profundus. Tendon of flexor carpi radialis (in it own synovial sheath), flexor pollicis longus.
Which structures (other than tendons) pass through the carpal tunnel?
Median nerve.
Which tendon from the anterior forearm blends with the flexor retinaculum?
Palmaris longus.
Which structures pass into the hand not via the carpal tunnel?
Ulnar nerve, ulnar artery, palmar cutaneous branch of median nerve + ulnar nerves, superficial palmar branch of radial nerve.
What form the borders of the anatomical snuffbox?
Tendon of extensor pollicis longus, extensor pollicis brevis + abductor pollicis longus. Scaphoid bone in the floor. Cutaneous branches of radial nerve superficially.
