Early Childhood Caries definition
presence of one or more decayed (cavitated or non-cavitated lesions), missing due to caries, filled tooth surface in any primary tooth in a child under 6
severe early childhood caries
3-5 yr one or more cavitated, missing due to caries, filled smooth surfaces in primary maxillary incisor teeth or
decayed, missing, filled score of greater than or equal to age+1

toothpaste more impt
give spicy tooth paste then they’ll spit it out, but they might not want to change if they alr used to grape toothpaste
brush by themselves when they 6-7 years old
