- Cyanosis
- Does the child ever have blue spells?
- Heart failure
- Does the child ever become tired, pale or sweaty?
- Does the infant get breathless when feeding? / take a long time to feed?
- Does the child suffer from recurrent chest infections?
- Does the child complain of abdominal pain? (organomegaly)
- Outflow obstruction
- Is there a history of fainting or collapse?
- Arrhythmia
- Has the child ever complained of their heart racing? (SVT)
- FHx
- Is there a FHx of congenital / early onset heart disease?
