Colestipol
groep: anion-uitwisselaar (inhibitie CE absorptie)
indicatie: hypercholesterolemie indien statines niet tolereerbaar
effect: daling LDL-CE, initiële stijging triglyceriden (Colestipol wordt niet toegediend in geval van hypertriglyceridemie)
Ezetimibe
groep: inhibitie cholesterol absorptie
indicatie: hypercholesterolemie in combinatie met statines of indien statines niet tolereerbaar
effect: daling LDL-CE, daling triglyceriden, matige stijging HDL-CE
Asaflow
groep: acetylsalicylzuur, anti-aggregans
indicatie: acuut myocard infarct, onstabiele angor, acuut ischemisch CVA, secondaire preventie thrombo-embolische processen, als NSAID in hoge dosis
effect: minder vasoconstrictie, minder plaatjesaggregatie
Cardioaspirine
groep: acetylsalicylzuur, anti-aggregans
indicatie: acuut myocard infarct, onstabiele angor, acuut ischemisch CVA, secondaire preventie thrombo-embolische processen, als NSAID in hoge dosis
effect: minder vasoconstrictie, minder plaatjesaggregatie
Clopidogrel
groep: thienopyridine (irreversibele P2Y12 antagonist), anti-aggregans
indicatie: acuut myocard infarct, onstabiele angor, acuut ischemisch CVA, secondaire preventie thrombo-embolische processen
effect: minder vasoconstrictie, minder plaatjesaggregatie

Dipyridamole

indicatie: secundaire preventie na TIA, CVA in combinatie met acetylsalicylzuur

GP IIb-IIIa-receptor antagonist

indicatie: acute situaties (coronaire angioplastie, onstabiele angor, non-Q-wave myocard infarct) samen met acetylsalicylzuur of heparine
effect: inhibitie aggregatie
Heparine
groep: anti-coagulant
indicatie: pulmonale embool, diep veneuze thrombose, ischemisch hartfalen (infarct, onstabiele angor)
effect: anti-clotting
LMW heparine
groep: anti-coagulant
indicatie: secundaire preventie pulmonale embool en diep veneuze thrombose, onstabiele angor, non-Q-wave myocard infarct, acuut ischemisch CVA, primaire preventie diep veneuze thrombose (indien ingreep met risico hiervoor)
effect: anti-clotting
Warfarine
groep: vitamine K antagonist, anti-coagulant
indicatie: chronische therapie en preventie van thrombo-embolische processen (met evt acute therapie met heparine), prosthetische hartklep, atriumfibrillatie
effect: langdurige antistolling (maar effect pas na 12-16u)
Dabigatran
groep: thrombine inhibitor, anti-coagulant
indicatie: preventie thrombo-embolische processen in orthopedische chirurgie en bij atriumfibrillatie voor risicopatiënten, secundaire preventie en behandeling van thrombo-embolische processen na acute therapie
effect: antistollend (relatief snel in combinatie met heparine, traag zonder)
