A
You had a (h)ARD fall, and got an ASS bump. You were in the hospital, so your wife MSD U, but now your MRS is through.
Aortic regurg, diastolic - decrescendo
Aortic stenosis, systolic - crescendo/decrescendo
Mitral stenosis, diastolic - decrescendo/crescendo
Mitral regurgitation, systolic - holosystolic
