What is the presentation of a cardiovascular exam?

A

Amendment:
Today I examined X, who presented with signs of X.
Peripherally there were signs of X.
Pulse was X, regular and of normal volume, rate character and volume.
On examination of the of precordium, there no signs of X.
Heart sounds 1+2 were heard, with no/ an additional heart sound.
No signs of CCF or infective endocarditis.
My top differentials are X and Y.
To further investigate this I would like to take a full history, ask for some bedide test such as an ECG, Bloods including FBC, U&E, BNP troponin and lipids and hba1c and imaging including a C-xray and Echo.
