- BP: >130/85 mmHg
- HDL cholesterol: <40 mg/dl and <50mg/dl in women 5. Serum glucose >115 m/dl
what are saturated fats?
long unbranched hydrocarbon chains with no DB

long hydrocarbon chains with DB
How can we identify a omega-3 or omega-6?
start counting from the end and a DB will be present at either the third or 6th carbon.
