To help visualize testicular lesions (i.e. cysts)
A castrated alpaca is presented to your clinic because he is displaying aggressive male behavior. Describe your diagnostic and potentially therapeutic approach.
- Get history, perform physical exam, genital exam
- Dx tools: ultrasound, AMH, HCG stimulation test
- Tx: parainguinal or laparascopic; remove remaining testicle
(Dx: cryptorchid)
