What is the definition of Public Image?
The ideas and opinions that the public has about a business. Public image can be defined through advertising, branding, scandals, etc.
What is the definition of Branding?
The promotion of a product or company by the means of advertising and distinctive design.
What is the definition of Greenwashing?
Greenwashing is the process of conveying a false impression or providing misleading information about how a company’s product are more environmentally sound.
What is the goal of Corporate Sponsorship?
To transfer some of the positive image of an event/activity to a business.

What is PEST analysis?
Political, Economic, Social, Technological: PEST analysis is a management method whereby an organisation can assess major external factors that influence its operation in order to become more competitive in the market.
What is the definition of climate change?
Climate change is what is occurring because of the pollution created by human civilisation.
What is the definition of pollution control?
Pollution control is about cleaning up contaminants after they have been created or released into the environment.
How can a business improve energy efficiency?
- installing fluorescent lighting
- insulating buildings to save on heating and cooling expenses
- switching off lighting/equipment when not in use
What is the definition of animal testing?
The safety of cosmetics, medicines and other products, such as shampoos and household cleaners, is assessed by testing on animals.
What is the definition of Donations?
A one-off amount of money or ongoing amounts such as a percentage of sales that is donated to a good cause.
