Beaker people were people who made pots shaped as drinking beakers. They were a different type of Neolithic people

It was a time when people got copper from rocks

Hoard
Bronze axes, knives, tools and jewellery are found in large numbers in the ground.
Lunulae
A type of Bronze Age jewellery, they were worn around the neck.
Fulacht fia
A type of cooker. It was a rectangular basin made of wood.
Cist grave
Bronze Age people were buried in these.
Wedge tomb
They were built with large, flat stones. The back of the tomb was higher and wider than the front, like a wedge.
Stone circle
These are tall upright stones arranged in circles or rows. Some human remains have been buried in them.
