Preventive actions:
Delay takeoff & Advise the tower and wait for actions
Takeoff on other runway without birds

On takeoff- according to the QRH for RTO.
Above 80- continue if no engine malfunction

Landing- continue if possible
Maintain low thrust setting
Do not use reverser

Cold temp & winter briefing

Answer 2

Preflight-
ext inspection, probe heat, review de ice proc and HOT, opt anti ice & precipitation, RVR limits, takeoff alternate, advise twr for runup on Rwy.

Start procedure-
Start may be slower, OIL FILTER BYPASS may illuminate, monitor oil pressure & temp

Before taxi procedure
Anti ice, flight controls and then flaps 40 to 0.
(Configure for no bleed if required).
Review taxi route and hotspots

Before takeoff procedure
Flaps as required, contamination check, latest RVR, radar ahead.

Takeoff procedure
Engine run up.
Limit Bank 15 if flaps 1
