BRDC
Control: ceftiofur; treat: ceftiofur
Mastitis
intramammary ceftiofur can treat strep, staph, and coliform; systemic: lincomysin
Cornea
moraxella bovis: oxytetracycline (systemic); other: PPG (subconjunctival injection)
Leptospirosis
PPG (may not clear carrier state); some countries require aminoglycoside for transport
Blackleg/other clostridial diseases
High dose pen G (crystalline); fenestration important for drainage
Skin
Dermatophilus: PPG; Dermatophyte: topical chlorhexadine
Footrot
cefiofur; footbaths: 10% zinc sulfate, 5-10% copper sulfate, 2.5-5% formalin
Bacterial meningitis
Listeriosis: Pen G; TEME (H. somnus): florfenicol; calves: florfenicol
GI
infection of 2nd degree consideration: spectinomycin; septicemia: florfenicol or ceftiofur

Trueperella and Corynebacteria
