The Dream
Zeus had sent a dream to Agamemnon convincing him the Greeks could win and it was time to take Troy, this was in order to fulfill his promise to Thetis
Zeus changes Agamemnon’s appearance
to a “bull that clearly stands out”
“with head and eyes like those of Zeus”
Athene supports the Greeks
“with them went grey eyed Athene….filling the heart of every Greek with courage”
